]]> Working on a tight budget, 5 Rabbit needed to find a building that had as much of the existing required infrastructure already in place in which to begin brewing. Clear span heights tall enough for the planned tanks was important. So was finding a building with an adequate existing electrical service. An existing shipping and receiving area would facilitate movement of product in and out. DMA assisted in that evaluation process and then provide architectural and engineering services for the space build out which was completed in under 3 months.
